    For standard shipping, please allow 2–5 business days for processing & fulfillment before expecting movement on your tracking number.
    Shipping typically takes 6–12 business days to South Africa. Delays may be expected during holidays.

    If it has been longer than 45 days since ordering the product and you still have not received anything, please email us at (info@sunrize.co.za). Rest assured we will do everything in our power to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible.

    Your parcel will be left in a secure place; however, please ensure you are available upon delivery. The buyer holds all responsibility for stolen or lost deliveries resulting from the input of incorrect shipping information.

    If we notify you by email that there is an issue with your delivery with the local courier (such as a failed delivery attempt, incorrect address, or parcel delay), it is the customer's responsibility to contact the local courier directly to resolve the issue. We are not able to intervene with local delivery agents once the parcel has been shipped.

    Additionally, if the email address provided during checkout is incorrect and we are unable to reach you, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that a valid and accurate email address has been submitted when placing the order.


    Priority Shipping & Lifetime Warranty Add-On

    Customers may choose to add a Priority Shipping & Lifetime Warranty upgrade at checkout.

    • Priority Shipping: Orders with this upgrade receive priority handling in our fulfillment process and are typically shipped out before standard orders. While we make every effort to expedite delivery, actual transit times may still vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

    • Lifetime Warranty: The Lifetime Warranty covers your purchased product against manufacturing defects and failures under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or general wear-and-tear. To file a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase and photos of the affected product.

    Please note that this upgrade does not guarantee specific delivery dates or free replacements in cases of misuse or incorrect handling.
